This initial stage is all about understanding your unique requirements and showcasing how our solutions can address them effectively.
Questionnaire
The goal in this stage is to help us to understand you:

• Who are the primary stakeholders of the model
Discovery Meeting
• Half-hour meeting
• Go through questionnaire with a focus on the why
• Give you a run through of our Core Financial Model
• Give you an understanding of your journey with us
• Discuss next steps
Requirements Meeting
• Half-hour meeting
• Discuss questions you might have from your 2 weeks of trial
• Discuss whether the core inputs work for you, and discuss any potential complexity requiring customisations
• We would identify in this meeting whether you have complex requirements
Complex Requirements Meeting
• This meeting would require at least 1 hour
• In this case, we’d want you to prepare either an existing example or have thought through the logic you’d like to use
• During this session, we would flesh out the detail and provide you a quote for customisations on the spot, or adjourn to assess separately if particularly complex
• Assuming you still want to proceed, we would move to preparation of engagement agreement
Scope and Build
This phase focuses on building your custom model. We formalize the engagement with an agreement and initiate the model development process.
Scope
Engagement Agreement & Deposit
• Issue our standard Engagement Agreement, with some key terms:
• You get a perpetual licence to use the model however you want (except for commercialising the model)
• A deposit or full payment is required before we start to work on your model
• Support is provided for errors in the outputs (not the inputs) of the model
Onboarding and Build
• Assuming Engagement Agreement is signed and deposit has been paid, we will issue the following documentation:

——– Information about future options
Book support hours
• As part of the fees, you will be provided with a quote, which will include support hours.
• We will help you to book meetings that will leverage these support hours

Understand your need for management
- If you have a small team and don’t have the resourcing to manage the model, forecasts, and reporting, our management services are geared towards supporting you on these.
- Our focus is to provide a consistent reporting cycle, and this is done via support hours.
Monthly management involves the following phases:
- Manage with your bookkeeping team to follow up on month-end close
- Once confirmation has been received, we will update your model with the latest actual data, and we will do a quick analysis based on this information
- We will then organise a meeting with key stakeholders (we suggest a maximum of 2 stakeholders in these meetings).
